During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have become very familiar with waves. Spikes in cases have controlled our daily lives. It has been difficult to cope with the rapidly changing world but that was what finally pushed me to start therapy – a choice that changed my life. This piece is meant to be a reflection of my change in perspective this year. It is the realization that life fluctuates constantly but that’s the only way we grow. That as long as change is happening, life is moving forward.
